Charging for its Control of Major Accident Hazards (COMAH) work has
not affected health and safety performance, says the HSE.
The HSE commissioned Deloitte & Touche to
evaluate the COMAH charging scheme and to review the efficiency
of the HSE's charging administration arrangements; its procedure for
resolving queries and disputes; and the reasonableness of its hourly
charge-out rates.
