ACAS has published guidance for employers on e-mail and internet policies on its website at www.acas.org.uk. A consistent theme on on the Workplacelaw Network over the past couple of years has been the growing need for a clear and well-enforced policy on internet and e-mail, and this need has been backed up by high profile incidents at such firms as Norwich Union and law firm Herbert Smith.
