The Times on 14 May reported the outcome of Dr Feyi Awotona’s case against South Tyneside Hospital following her allegations about standards. Having raised concerns internally she was taken to an internal disciplinary hearing, where she was dismissed having being accused of soliciting complaints and lowering morale.
