The UK data protection regulator, Elizabeth France, announced yesterday
that the controversial code of practice dealing with the monitoring of
employees’ communications will undergo further consultation before it is
finally adopted.
Speaking at the 10th Anniversary meeting of the Data Protection Forum, the
