A Shropshire businessman who uses a wheelchair has negotiated a settlement with a hotel chain, with support from the Disability Rights Commission (DRC).
Carl Ford, a disability consultant from Market Drayton and representatives from Express by Holiday Inn worked with the DRC's Conciliation Service to resolve a dispute over a hotel room booking last year.
