The Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Regulations 2002 came into force on 15 May, bringing minor amendments to previous regulations. Chris Streatfeild of Nabarro Nathanson solicitors comments that the Regulations are not aimed at users of PPE, so employers and health and safety managers should not be affected.
