A dockyard company has been fined £10,000 and ordered to pay costs of £6,627.40 after two workers were overcome by solvent fumes. A & P Falmouth Ltd pleaded guilty at Camborne Magistrates Court to failing to ensure the safety of two regular "core casual" employees who were overcome by paint fumes while working in a confined space.
