Rolled-up holiday pay: Yet further confusion for employers

Confusion has arisen over the payment of holiday pay to many casual and part-time employees, as a result of a recent decision of the EAT in Scotland.

In MPB Structure Ltd -v- Munro (28/03/02) an increase of 8% was made in employee’s weekly wage to provide for their holiday pay.
