The paperboy who took his employer to a Tribunal to find out if he had a right to holiday - amid a mass of media coverage - has been told by the Tribunal that he is too young to be entitled to holiday pay under the Working Time Regulations, according to news service Ananova. The Tribunal ruled that a worker needs to be at least 15 years old to qualify for holiday leave entitlement.
