New Code of Practice for commercial leases, launched by RICS

Members may be interested in a new Code of Practice - "Code of Practice for Commercial Leases in England and Wales" - which has been launched to help small businesses and landlords to understand the complexities of negotiating a commercial lease. The Code lays out a series of recommendations for tenants and landlords to follow when negotiating new leases.
