A case under the Working Time Regulations currently attracting a great deal of media attention involves a paperboy who has taken his employer to a tribunal to find out if he is entitled to statutory paid holiday.
The 14-year old works one day a week, and made the claim after seeing a BBC documentary that apparently urged paperboys to enforce their employment rights.
