As part of its ‘myth of the month’ series, the HSE has set out to clarify its position on wearing flip flops at work, stating it does not ban staff from wearing them at work. In a recent survey by the HSE, results showed that a third of employees believed that the HSE bans things such as wearing flip flops at work and children playing with conkers.
