Following close on the heels of the decision in Karl Construction -v- Palisade (as previously reported by MacRoberts on the Workplacelaw Network) is the decision in the sheriff court case of Fab-Tek Engineering Limited -v- Carillion Construction Limited issued on 22 March 2002 which considered the impact of the Human Rights Convention on Arrestments.
