Employers face legal minefield over data protection
We've looked before at the Information Commissioner's new code for
employers. In a personal view of the legislation first published this
week in The Manufacturer, Owen Warnock, employment specialist at
Eversheds, looks again at the Information Commissioner's Code of Practice
