The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is welcoming feedback to its consultation document, which would amend the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997.The changes would remove the 'civil liability exclusion' clause from both Regulations, for breach of statutory duty towards employees.
