Imminent crackdown on illegal workers

The government is to issue a new code of conduct on hiring foreign workers as part of a major crackdown on employing illegal immigrants. Failure to comply with the new code will lead to the employer facing court action (and a possible jail sentence), while the illegal worker(s) could be deported.
