Members of the Professional Contractors Group (PCG) have vowed to keep campaigning against the IR35, despite losing their recent battle in the Court of Appeal.The Court ruled just before Christmas that although the tax is not always fair, it did not fall foul of European law.In response to this ruling, PCG Chairman Jane Akshar has vowed to keep fighting – by case law.
