Employers should note that new guidance has been published by the HSE on the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992. These Regulations replace older, more complicated laws and implement EC Directives.The key areas of risk are described, and recommendations given as to what employers should do to minimise, if not eliminate, such risks.
