A new scheme allowing employers to ‘sell’ the working time of their skilled staff has been set up in the light of the current economic climate.
It allows organisations to register workers who are under-used because of the downturn in business. Specialist expertise is then traded with secondments without risk of losing skills, intellectual property or market intelligence.
