Employment law 'less burdensome' in 2009

Employment legislation introduced in 2009 will not be overly burdensome on employers, according to law firm George Green claims.

However, partner Tim Lang warns there may still be some complex issues concerning new employee rights and regulations.

The past year has seen changes to employment law, including new EU rules set to give temporary workers the same rights as full-time staff.
