An Employment Tribunal in Hull has ruled that Grimsby-based healthcare products company Novartis unfairly dismissed health and safety engineer David Henderson, who was fired after allegedly taking confidential information from a computer.
Henderson, who worked for Novartis for 15 years before the dismissal last February, says a settlement was agreed “in excess of £50,000”.
