A London man has been awarded compensation of £5,000 in an out-of-court settlement with his employer, the London Borough of Waltham Forest, after suffering permanent injury to his hands from using vibratory tools.
Mark Twinn, 51 worked for the Council using compressors and jackhammers often for up to five hours everyday.
