Was employee bullied or did working relationship break down?

A 'bullied' former hotel inspector who won her case for unfair dismissal against the Automobile Association (AA) at Southampton Employment Tribunal is now understood to be planning further court action.

Senior hotel inspector Jane Wyatt, who had spent 30 years at the AA and managed a team of five hotel inspectors, was fired following a row over new terms and conditions which private equity owners CVC and Permira brought in  after taking over the AA in October 2006.
