With the UK feeling the effects of the credit crunch, a recent CBI report has highlighted that one in three people are putting off retirement. However with an increase in staff wishing to work past the age of 65, Glovers solicitors is warning employers that they must ensure they act correctly when dealing with these requests, to avoid being faced with age discrimination claims.
