A new ruling has stated that the names and addresses of organisations involved in Employment Tribunals must be made public.
The ruling by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) was made under the Freedom of Information Act, overturning a previous decision by the Department for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR) not to release the material.
