Businesses are seeing no let up in time spent complying with regulations, even though most agree that Government rules are becoming fairer.
In a report published his week, the National Audit Office (NAO) said that compared to last year, slightly more businesses thought regulations were "more proportionate".
However, only 1% believed compliance with regulations had become less time-consuming, while 40% said it was taking longer, and 57% felt it had "stayed about the same."... (275 more words)
