In Tradition Securities & Futures SA v. X & Y (2008), Miss X and Miss Y were employed by a French company and both had been victims of sex discrimination and harassment over a number of years.
Miss X had spent three years working for Tradition in Paris followed by two years working in London. She alleged she suffered sex discrimination in both locations and that this treatment constituted a single act extending over a continuous period.
