Energy performance in buildings: deadline day

Today (1 October 2008) is an important date in the calendar for complying with regulations governing the energy performance of buildings.

Despite a mass of publicity from the government, there is nevertheless still some confusion regarding the implementation of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Display Energy Certificates (DECs).
