Changes afoot in flexible working

This briefing is a focus on the Government's proposed further extension to the flexible working regime, which is currently out to consultation.

This would extend the regime to parents of children under the age of 16.

We also look at flexible working in the broader context of demographic and social changes, and how it links in with discrimination claims, particularly in light of the ECJ decision in Coleman v. Attridge Law.
