Do your employees feel bullied or unsafe at work?

A new report from the TUC has found that “significant minorities” of the workforce are bullied or work somewhere they consider unsafe.

The report, What workers want, is based on an extensive YouGov poll of more than 2,500 people at work in Britain.

As well as finding that 25% of people at work aren’t satisfied with their jobs and 30% do not feel engaged by their employer, the poll also found that:

three and a half million people say they have been bullied in their curren... (370 more words)
