A cinema has been the centre of protests after a teenage wheelchair user had to crawl up the stairs because of the lack of wheelchair access to the building.
Amy Clements, 15, who has spina bifida, organised the protest of more than 20 people outside Hereford's Odeon after her experience, which left her feeling “embarrassed”.
