In WRN Limited v. Ayris (2008), Mr Ayris was initially employed by WRN as a Marketing and Broadcasting Manager and was later appointed to Head of Sales and Marketing. His employment contract contained six month restrictive covenants.
He resigned and entered into a Compromise Agreement which reflected the same post-termination restrictive covenants as were in his employment contract.
