Details of the next stages of implementing the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act have been revealed in Parliament.
In a written ministerial statement, Maria Eagle, Parliamentary Under-Secretary for the Ministry of Justice, said that the Government is waiting for guidelines to be issued by the Sentencing Guidelines Council later this year before the section of the Act on publicity orders is implemented.
