In Kimberley Group Housing Ltd v. Hambley & Ors and Angel Services (UK) Ltd v. Hambley & Ors, the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) overturned a tribunal's decision which apportioned liability on a percentage basis for transferred employees between two transferees following a service provision change.
