ACAS Code and guidance: how will it affect you?

ACAS has issued a draft Code and Guidance on "Discipline and Grievances at work" which are intended to replace the current statutory dispute resolution procedures. The new draft Code and its supplementary Guidance raise more concerns than they solve for employers.
