ACAS has now launched the draft non-statutory guidance designed to accompany its new Code of Practice on discipline and grievance.
The new Code, which was launched in May, had been revised to take into account the changes being made to workplace dispute resolution by the Employment Bill. It had also been simplified and streamlined in response to a Government consultation, which left it at only 12 pages in length.
