F & C Management, the company recently found to have discriminated against, harassed and victimised a female employee who is seeking a hundred times her annual salary in compensation, has lost its appeal at the Employment Appeals Tribunal (EAT).
Gill Switalski, a mother of two disabled children and previously the head of legal affairs at F & C, is said to have been subjected to an 18 month campaign of bullying and intimidation over her working hours.
