The Government has today (20 May) agreed a deal between unions and employers that will see agency workers in the UK receive equal treatment after 12 weeks employment.
The agreement has been made between the Government, the CBI and the TUC, with the CBI and the TUC reaching the agreement that fairer treatment for agency workers should be promoted whilst not removing the “important flexibility” that agency work offers employers and employees.
