Breach of Working Time Regulations doesn't entitle worker to compensation

In Miles v. Linkage Community Trust Ltd, the EAT ruled that a worker had not received his proper entitlement to rest. Nevertheless he was not entitled to compensation as the employer had not been culpable in denying him the statutory rest periods.
