Last Saturday (17 May) was International Day against Homophobia and the news from workplaces is good, as research shows that most employees are supportive of anti-homophobia legislation.
Research conducted by campaign group Stonewall shows that 93% of people in the UK support laws to protect gay people from discrimination and harassment at work.
