New workplace legislation for 2009 - first details

Prime Minister Gordon Brown has announced a series of measures “to build a fairer and more prosperous Britain” that are likely to have an impact on the workplace in the coming year.  

Firstly, Gordon Brown announced that every adult should have the right to a second chance in education:
