A disabled woman who went through the Employment Tribunal process has said that the system needs an overhaul to make the system more ‘disability friendly’.
As Workplace Law Network reported yesterday, Pauline Alexander won her disability discrimination claim after a recruitment agency refused to interview her because of her deafness.
However, in an interview with the Guardian yesterday, Alexander said that it was not just the recruitment agency she had problems with:
