The latest statistics from the Food Standards Agency (FSA) have revealed that half of all restaurants and catering premises inspected last year breached hygiene standards.Of the 235,969 restaurants and catering establishments that were inspected last year, 118,555 had broken some food safety rules.The FSA claims that it is determined to tackle these breaches of food safety law.
