A Glasgow company has been fined £32,000 after two workmen suffered serious burns from the explosion of a live electrical cable that was supposed to be secured months earlier.
In October 2005, workmen on a site in Liverpool, demolishing a building to build flats, came across an unexpected pipe which was identified as a live cable.
