Britain's small business community has criticised the Government for failing to uphold its pledges to make regulation more predictable and cut red tape.
The Federation of Small Businesses says the Government is ignoring its own rules which state that the introduction of new regulation should be limited to just two days a year, rather than spread out over numerous days throughout the year.
