A saleswoman has won the right to wear a clown costume to work after claiming her employer had discriminated against her under the Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003.
Avril Wariat, 32, told the Employment Tribunal that she was surprised to find that her new employer would not let her wear a clown costume to work, as all her previous employers had been fine with it.
