Lift truck operator training: revised guidance

The HSC has published a revised Approved Code of Practice and Guidance on lift truck operator training. The HSE estimates that there are about 8,000 lift truck accidents resulting in injury each year, on average about ten of them fatal. About 30% of these accidents can be attributed to inadequate training.
