The HSE is simplifying reporting procedures under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR). For all incidents occurring after 1 April 2001, employers and others who are subject to the reporting requirements will be able to comply their obligations by contacting the Incident Contact Centre (ICC), thus eliminating the need to identify the relevant local agency or other local enforcing authority.
