Employers are divided over whether equal rights should be given for temporary agency workers, a new survey has shown.
The survey, carried out by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and KPMG, surveyed employer opinion on increased rights for agency workers in light of the Parliamentary private members bill, which is due for its second reading on 22 February.
