DCLG shines energy efficient light on EPC regulations

The Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG) has published guidance on the responsibilities of property owners and others arising from the requirement to provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) following the implementation of the Energy Performance of Buildings and (Certificate and Inspections) England and Wales Regulations 2007 (the Regulations).

The guidance, while not comprehensive, clarifies some issues that were previously unclear.
